In this session which spans 30 minutes, no movement is required, simply cuddle into your favorite blanket, close your eyes, and listen to the instructions.
Yoga nidra is basically a body scan, although it’s roots are deep in Indian culture. The purpose of this session is to help you reach a state of peace and hopefully, fall asleep.
If you find yourself at the end of the session without having fallen asleep, do a simple task that doesn’t require a lot of light, or excitement.
Please enjoy as many times as you’d like.
You can repeat this session every day should you wish.
Thank you for being here and I wish you happy sleep.
In this 30-minute yoga nidra practice, we start with finding a comfortable space, paying attention to our senses, setting a sankalpa, and then doing a body scan to help you drift to sleep naturally and prepare the body for sleep.
The track is meant to help you fall asleep and can be used every night that you need it.
There is no ending bell or words so that you can fall asleep with this track.
